Dr. Shai鈥檚 background informs who she is as a writer, blogger, speaker, professional coach, and mentor. She is part of a subpopulation of individuals who define themselves as survivors and thrivers. Dr. Shai travels the nation inspiring others, as she moves audiences 鈥渇rom pep talks to prep talks鈥 and consults on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Leadership, and Career Advancement in Higher Education.
