Articulation agreements show the course-by-course outline of how general education requirements and/or department-specific requirements are transferred to º£½ÇÉçÇø’s academic program of study.

Maryland Articulation System (ARTSYS)

The  is used by community colleges within the state to provide recommended transfer programs to students during their first two years of study. The information in ARTSYS allows students to view how their credits will transfer from their local community college to º£½ÇÉçÇø.

If there are any questions about the information in ARTSYS, students should notify their enrollment manager/admissions counselor. 

Articulation Agreements

º£½ÇÉçÇø also maintains formal articulation agreements with various colleges/universities and consistently works with area colleges to develop additional program-to-program specific agreements.

Each year the University identifies new program agreements based on conversations with community college colleagues and transfer students. 

Additional Agreements

In addition to participation in ARTSYS and the articulation agreements listed above, the University also participates in the state-wide articulation programs for the RN to BSN completion (Nursing) and the AAT to Bachelor’s degree program for education students.

School of Nursing

The University also participates in the statewide articulation programs for the RN to BSN completion (Nursing) and the AAT to Bachelor’s degree program for education students. Agreements with Anne Arundel, Chesapeake College and Prince George’s Community College RN to BSN may be found below.

Credit Evaluation

Students should always consult with an admissions team member at º£½ÇÉçÇø to have an unofficial evaluation of their credits completed. This can be done at any time during the admissions process – even before applying to the University.
