Dining Hall

º£½ÇÉçÇø and SAGE Dining Services® are pleased to offer fresh, delicious meals made from scratch!

The talented chefs from SAGE have transformed mealtime at º£½ÇÉçÇø into a daily culinary adventure. SAGE's seasonal menus are custom designed for us, reflecting the students' preferences as well as the fresh products available in the market. SAGE's registered dietitians review and approve each menu to ensure that it offers a wide variety of nutritious choices.

Purchase Options

Residential students can use a meal swipe at the door during designated hours. If you cannot make it to the Dining Hall during posted hours, use the Meal Request Form to coordinate a pickup.

Commuter Students, Faculty, and Staff If you cannot make it to the Dining Hall during posted hours, use the  to coordinate a pickup.

  • • M-F Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
    • M-F Lunch: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM
    • M-F Dinner: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
    • Weekend Brunch: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
    • Weekend Dinner: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Weekday Breakfast Meal Equivalency is available in the Gator Grind Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.

The Gator Grind

The Gator Grind has moved from Gator Alley to upstairs in the Dining Hall and continues to offer grab-and-go coffee and snacks including breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and more!

  • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Catering Services

Our on-site caterer, SAGE Dining Services, can accommodate any size event from box lunches for a small training class to an elegantly themed wedding for 140 guests. It is the only caterer permitted on campus.

Internal Campus Events: Submit your catering orders on CaterTrax. Please note, we request 14 days’ notice or a late fee may be applied to your order.
 

External Rentals: Please coordinate your catering order with the Auxiliary Services team, events@ndm.edu.
